I received my Real Estate licenses in 1985, my Brokers licenses in 1987.
I opened my Real Estate Company in March of 1990 ARC Real Estate, Inc. . The letters represent three areas or practice. (A) Agriculture Sales, (R) Residential Sales and (C) Commercial Sales. As the Owner / Broker I strive to be I strive to be Proficient and Knowledgeable in all three areas . I attended my first KAR Convention in 1987 , I was very impressed with the Leadership, Staff, Education, Networking, Sharing of Knowledge, Friendship. and Fun from all of my fellow Realtors. I have been lucky enough to serve on several KAR and NAR Committees and continue to learn just how much our Realtor Association provides for the betterment of it's members, the industry, our customers and clients.
