Kyle Niemann is a real estate professional with over a decade of experience. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, he is dedicated to helping clients successfully navigate the home buying and selling process. In addition to working with clients, Kyle is a passionate real estate trainer. He enjoys mentoring and coaching other agents, helping them build their skills and grow their careers. His passion for teaching has led him to teach several classes at Heartland MLS. Kyle also served on the Heartland MLS Board of Directors for seven years, including as President in 2023, where he played a key role in supporting and advancing the real estate industry. In 2024, he was honored to be appointed by Governor Laura Kelly to the Information Network of Kansas (INK) Board of Directors, where he contributes to improving access to public information statewide.
