The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) has launched a series of consumer resources aimed at helping Realtors® guide home buyers and sellers through recent changes in real estate practices. These resources, available in both English and Spanish, provide clear guidance on topics like written buyer agreements, ethical duties of Realtors®, compensation offers, and resources for veterans. The goal is to make the buying and selling process more transparent and client-focused. So far,  the following six guides have been released, with more to come.
